Fees
We don’t have any fixed fees because we offer services tailored to your organisation’s needs.
Our guide fees:
- Commercial daily rate starts at £450 ex. VAT
- Charities daily rate starts £200 ex. VAT
All prices are inclusive of travel costs within a 50 mile radius of Canterbury, Kent.
Our negotiated rates depend on:
- The services you would like us to provide
- The number of hours and personnel required to deliver the service you want, to the deadline you want.
- Whether you require our involvement as a one-off exercise or as part of a long-term project
We are experienced in making Tender submissions which are determined by the scope of the scheme and duration of the project.
We offer a Facilities Management Account where a call-off facility is pre-paid over an agreed term, where we can provide advice, plans appraisals, site visits or telephone / e-mail support without delay. This is a flexible and cost effective option.
