Access Consultancy for New Build
We offer a range of consultancy services for new build and major refurbishments where there are opportunities to radically improve the accessibility of buildings and services. Advice is based on a long term collaborative process with end users, providing all clients with the best access solutions.
Our consultancy service provides the following:
- Continuous expert access advice through all stages of the design and construction process.
- Cost effective product and equipment advice.
- Policy and practice advice and support to clients.
- Desk-top plans appraisals.
- Site-visits to discuss particular access issues.
- The most up to date DDA advice to inform access recommendations.
- Assistance in developing consultation programmes with end users to achieve effective access solutions
FM accounts are available to our major clients where a range of consultancy services may be required at different times during the year. Unused time can be rolled over to the following year and a review takes place every 6 months.
